# Affiliate & Partnership Program (Partner Engine) Guide

## 💡 What is Partner Engine?
**Partner Engine** is the official referral program of WinSparrow — allowing you to **earn financial commission** for every customer you refer to the site through your personal link or code.
And it's not just about earning profit — the **Smart Split Engine** gives you full control over dividing the reward: **part as commission for you + part as discount for your customers** — making your link more attractive and higher-converting.

## ⚙️ How Does the Program Work?
### Basic Concept: 25% Smart Split

You can adjust the split using the **Slider** — the more you increase your commission, the less discount your customer gets, and vice versa.

## 🚀 Steps to Activate Partner Engine
**Step 1: Set Your Custom Code (Tracking ID)**
1. From the control panel sidebar, click on **"Partner Engine"**.
2. In the **Custom Promo Code** box, write your preferred code.
- It must contain only letters, numbers, and dashes.
- Example: `CYBERNINJA` or `HACKFR_2026`
3. This code will automatically generate your tracking link:
`https://winsparrow.com?ref=CYBERNINJA`
**Step 2: Adjust the Smart Split**
4. Move the **Slider** to adjust the distribution of the 25% between your commission and your customer's discount.
- Default example: **15% commission for you + 10% discount for your customer**.
- You can set it to 20% + 5%, 25% + 0%, or any other distribution.
**Step 3: Activate the Program**
5. Click the **"Activate Partner Engine"** button.

## 📊 Partner Dashboard (Performance Tracker)
After activation, you will find the **Partner Dashboard** displaying everything in real-time:

### The Four Statistics at the Top:
| Card | Meaning |
|---|---|
| **Live Clicks** | Real clicks on your links |
| **Total Referrals** | Number of referred customers who completed a purchase |
| **Pending Earnings** 🟡 | Earnings verification in progress (not yet payout-ready) |
| **Ready for Payout** 🟢 | Confirmed earnings ready to withdraw now |

Displays all your active codes with their links:

Click on **"Copy Link"** to copy your tracking link and share it directly.

## ⏱️ Profit and Payout Rules
### 1. The 30-Day Rule (Pending Rules):

Earnings do not show as "ready for payout" immediately — they remain **Pending for 30 days** from the purchase date to account for any potential refunds or cancellations. After the 30 days expire and the transaction is confirmed, they transfer automatically to **Ready for Payout**.

### 3. Payment Methods:

> Create a different code for each platform (YouTube, TikTok, Telegram) to know where the best referrals are coming from.
> 💡 **The link works for lifetime:**
> Once the code is activated, your link remains active and tracks all clicks and sales automatically without any additional setup.
