The **Marketplace Chats** section is your internal inbox for communicating with:
- **Verified Merchants** to inquire about their offers before purchasing.
- **WinSparrow Team** in case of disputes or marketplace-related issues.
If the page is empty, you can start a new conversation from any merchant's offer page in the marketplace.

## âī¸ Refund and Dispute Policy
### When Do You Have the Right to Open a Dispute?
You can claim a refund under the following two conditions:
1. **If the merchant fails to deliver the server:** The server was not provided or connection details were not uploaded within the specified time.
2. **If the server stops before the end of the rental period:** The connection was disconnected unjustifiably before the subscription expired.
### How to Open an Early Termination Dispute:
1. Go to the **Support** section in the control panel.
2. Click **"Create New Ticket"**.
3. In the **Subject** line, type: "Early Termination Dispute - Order #XXXXX".
4. Click **Priority: High** or **Critical** depending on the case.
5. In the **Description** box, explain the problem in detail.

> The WinSparrow team will review the uptime independently and verify the issue. If your claim is valid, **the money will be returned to your wallet immediately**.

2. Enter your **WhatsApp** number for communication.
3. Upload your **ID proof** document and hosting proof.
4. Wait for the application review from the WinSparrow team.
5. After approval, you will be able to add your offers and track your payments.
